C&Q Documents list is a separate custom document list.
In your article “https://dikuw.wordpress.com/2016/06/01/impress-your-boss-autogenerate-a-word-doc-with-metadata-in-sharepoint-online/” you mention in STEP 2 – “to add to the Existing group” – that group name does not show up – Is that an error ? Did you mean for us to create a NEW GROUP for the columns ??
It’s the group you created in Step 1. The group would be called “Deviations Content Type.”
