How to Get Fit Without a Gym

I used to get up early and go to the gym a few times a week. And by early I mean just after 5am. That’s harder to do now that it’s winter and the gym (across the street from my apartment) seems like a very very unpleasant walk away in the dark bitter cold of winter’s morning.

So I’m wondering if I can get the same effect working out at home, just 10 minutes but every day. I’m using this workout from Men’s Health:
